Casa De Glory San Diego Wedding

WOWWW this wedding hit me RIGHT IN THE FEEL GOODS.

Getting to shoot weddings makes my weeks full of love. Weddings are literally a day celebrating the love of two individuals and sealing the deal into their next chapter. Getting to shoot gay weddings hits me on an even deeper, personal level. The fact that people in the LGBTQ community have finally started being recognized for deserving the same rights to marry as everybody else, warms me to my core. Although we’re not entirely there yet, I think it’s important to acknowledge every feat along the way to total equality.

When I first chatted with Will & Kenny on the phone from New York to discuss possibly shooting their wedding, I blasted to all my frans about this cute AF gay couple I was possibly to shoot in San Diego (I was still pretty new here) and YAS was I excited when they locked their date down with me. Casa De Glory is this gorgeous lil’ Spanish AirBnB in Mission Hills. They sprinkled the venue with Sunflower’s as their flower (obsessed) and decorated their guest tables with gay icons - SO INTO IT.
